एकदा तरी...
झाडावरुन पडण्यारया पानाप्रमाणे
अलगद तिच्या मनाच्या मातीत विसावे...
झाडाप्रमाणे रुजता आले नाही तरी
निदान थोडा वेळ तिथे शांत बसावे...
एकदा तरी...
कधी वाटते एक गुलाबी प्रेमपत्र होउन
तिच्या हृदयाच्या पुस्तकात जाउन लपावे...
जीवनरूपी पानांच्या ओझ्याखाली दबून
हसत हसत माझे जीवन संपावे...
एकदा तरी...
आयुष्याच्या रस्त्यावरून वेगळे होताना
हात दाखवायला तरी तिने मागे वळावे...
माझ्या मनातले कधी बोलू शकलो नाही
निदान जाताना तरी तिच्या मनातले कळावे...
एकदा तरी........

Oh n one more thng...u hv truly captured a person's curiosity and anticipation in ths poem...esp the last line...whch anyone who's evr liked or loved sum1 or evn hd a crush wud b able to identify wid...
That's such a heartfelt poem! Quite different from what you usually write, isn't it? It's so amazing how you are able to capture both longing and imagination so well in this poem.
